Ten-man Falkirk produced a remarkable first-half turnaround to stun league leaders Raith 2-1 and close the gap between the two sides to seven points.
The home side made the perfect start against the team third in the league, as Laurence Ellis headed Iain Davidson's cross past Robert Olejnik in the 10th minute.
But that was as good as things got for Rovers as Falkirk equalised after 38 minutes through a thunderous Jack Compton strike which sailed into the top corner from 30 yards.
The visitors completed their comeback four minutes later when Mark Stewart drilled a low right footed shot past David McGurn.
Things were made much more difficult for Steven Pressley's side after Brian McLean was dismissed for a second bookable offence but they held on for a vital three points.
