Falkirk defeat Morton to finish second in Scottish Championship
Falkirk secured second place in the Scottish Championship with a nervy 1-0 win over Morton at the Falkirk Community Stadium.
Paul Watson scored the only goal of the game when he steered home a 48th minute diving header from a cross by Lee Millar.
Falkirk striker John Baird had missed a first half penalty and home nerves were frayed when Declan McManus and Alex Samuel went close for Morton.
The result means Falkirk will join the play-offs at the semi-final stage against either Hibernian or Raith Rovers.
