Dunfermline celebrated their promotion to the Scottish Premier League with a final day 3-0 derby victory over Falkirk.
Jim McIntyre`s side, who received the First Division trophy, ensured the promotion party at East End Park was not gatecrashed by their local rivals as they finished the campaign a full 10 points clear at the summit.
Nick Phinn broke the deadlock for Dunfermline in the 21st minute, getting his head on David Graham`s cross from the right to hand the hosts a deserved lead from a first half short of goalscoring opportunities.
The Pars midfielder repeated the trick eight minutes after the restart, again heading in a ball from the right from 12 yards, this time delivered by Steven McDougall.
Patrick Clarke rounded off the scoring in the closing stages with a volley into the top corner from 12 yards to get the celebrations really flowing.
