Bans leave Falkirk young at heart
Falkirk youngster Liam Dick looks set to make his first league start as three players are suspended for the home clash with Morton.
Jonathan Flynn, Darren Dods and Stewart Murdoch are all banned, with Dick likely to play alongside fellow teenager Ryan McGeever at the heart of the home defence.
Striker David Weatherston is doubtful after being ill earlier in the week.
Technical director Alex Smith said: "Liam has been terrific for our Under-20s side and he more than deserves his call up to the first team.
"Our last couple of results have been disappointing after a four-game winning run, so we are very keen to get going again by picking up the three points from Morton."
Morton winger David Graham is available again for the first time since Boxing Day following a hamstring injury and looks set to start.
Manager Allan Moore also has Mark McLaughlin and Martin Hardie back in contention after they missed the 1-1 draw with Cowdenbeath last Saturday due to knocks picked up during a hectic festive period.
Moore said: "I enjoy taking my team to Falkirk as it is always a really good game. They have a big and wide pitch and I'm tempted to bring David back in from the start as he will stretch them defensively.
"Their goalkeeper Michael McGovern has been terrific against us in recent games so I'm hoping that we can get the better of him."
