Morton boss Allan Moore includes Sean Fitzharris in his squad.
However, experienced midfielder Darren Young remains a doubt as the Greenock side look to put a disappointing Cup display against Inverness behind them.
Falkirk manager Steven Pressley: "We have been itching for a game ever since the final whistle went at Raith Rovers two weeks ago.
"That was a great result and a great performance and one that we really needed.
"I am looking for us to build on against Morton."
Morton manager Allan Moore: "We were poor last weekend and were soundly beaten 4-1.
"We simply never got going and Falkirk will reckon that a win over us and they will be setting up a three horse title race.
"But we played well there earlier in the season and were unlucky to be beaten.
"Our league form has been good of late so we have nothing to fear.
"The same type of performance as we put in last September, however with a different result this time, would be very welcome."
