Holt has strong squad
Falkirk manager Gary Holt has a fully-fit and suspension-free squad for the visit of Alloa to the Falkirk Stadium.
The Bairns are in their best run of the season with three consecutive Championship wins and technical director Alex Smith reckons having a settled side on the park has been key to their promotion push.
"The manager has stuck by his players and been rewarded with improved performances and results," Smith said. "We will need the same high level of performance against an Alloa side that have done terrifically well.
"Paul Hartley has done a great job as manager there but hopefully he will disappointed after this game."
The Wasps travel to Forfar without Ben Gordon, who is banned, and manager Hartley will finalise his team after late checks on four players.
Stephen Simmons and Eddie Ferns have both been ill this week and missed training, with Jason Marr and Graeme Holmes struggling after sustaining knocks.
Hartley said: "We lost last week to Dundee but it was a close game. We can go to Falkirk with confidence as we showed that we are a match for any side in this league when the players play like they can.
"Falkirk have been going well, so while it will be tough, we can take something from it."
